½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
½ c. margarine, softened
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 (1/8 inch) boiled ham, sliced
crackers
optional: add to cheese:
¼ c. finely chopped pecans
pinch of garlic salt
pinch of onion salt
Combine cheeses and margarine until well blended. Spread ½ mixture onto on ham slice; repeat with remaining cheese mixture and ham slices. Roll up from short sides. Chill (or freeze) for several hours. To serve, slice rolls into ½ inch thick slices. Serve on crackers.
