Cornbread Dressing

¼ cup chopped onion
2 beaten eggs
1 cup chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
½ cup melted margarine
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 cups toasted breadcrumbs
½ tsp. pepper
3 cups crumbled cornbread
2 to 3 cups broth
Sage, if desired

Use chicken broth to serve with hen, use ham broth to serve with ham. Bake in a 375* oven until brown.
