2 c all purpose flour
½ c powdered sugar
1 c butter, cut up
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 t vanilla
1 package almond toffee bars (I used Heath’s Bit O’ Brickle)
1 c nuts
Combine flour and sugar in bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Combine milk and remaining ingredients and pour over crust and bake 15 minutes more until golden. Cool and cut into squares, makes about 3 dozen.
