Chicken n' Dumplings

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
½ c. butter, softened
chicken broth
chicken, cooked and in pieces

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture is crumb-like and coarse. Add ¾ cup chicken broth, stirring with a fork until moistened. Knead dough on floured surface; roll until ½ thick. Cut into small strips and drop into boiling broth one piece of a time, stirring after each addition. Reduce to low heat. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Stir in chicken.
