Pink Snow Salad

1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
2 T. lemon juice
1 can fruit cocktail
1 16 oz. can sliced peaches
1 can diced pineapples
3 T. cherry juice
1 small jar maraschino cherries
½ c. crushed pecans
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Beat evaporated milk until small peaks form. Add lemon juice; beat until very firm. Add other ingredients, one at a time, mixing well. Chill until firm.
